You are the person who you have the most conversations with, the person who you are going to have for the rest of your life , so we need to make sure we invest in YOU! Luckily for you, we have the best ways to do so!
Okay okay we all know this one , " I’ll just start tomorrow!” Or “I know I shouldn’t be eating this or that.”. Eating healthier is one of the basis to a healthy life, your body is your temple - we need to fuel it with the best for us to feel our best! Try it this week! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, don’t skip it ! Fresh berries, oatmeal, or avocado toast! It will make the worlds difference!
LET GO OF TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS
Trying to hold on, creates dis-ease in the body thus creating illness. If there are relationships in your life that do not serve you in a positive way, Let go. If they are meant for you they will return. But for now, you need not stress, let go- release all tension and negative relationships in your life. Your mind will be clear and you will feel the pit leave your body.
VISUALIZE WHAT YOU WANT
The LAW OF ATTRACTION is one of our favorite ways in life to get what we want! Whatever you want , can come to you! Write down what you want, create a vision board, take pictures and place them on a board and look at it everyday! What you put out into the universe , returns to you! So say it out loud! Write it down! Watch what happens.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE OPINIONS OF OTHERS
When we worry about what other people think, the focus is on them and trying to please them. Stay in your own lane , focus on what you want. This is how the most successful people become who they are today! The opinions of others is none of your business. Keep those blinders up and go for what you want!
START YOUR BUSINESS!
If there has been a business you have wanted to start , DO IT! What are you waiting for? This is your life , don’t be scared - “what if I fail?” WHAT IF YOU FLY! Being successful is all about taking risks, those risks can have a huge pay off! Don’t give up! You got this!
Reading is one of the best things you can do for yourself ! Leisure reading is such a great escape for your mind , especially at the end of the day. It transports you to a different world, taking so much off of your mind! Also reading educates you! Read some inspirational books! Those are our favorite ! They really help motivate you to get going!
GET YOUR 8 HOURS
SLEEP! So important. I think this one is self explanatory. Sleeping is the best way to recharge and rejuvenate your mind body and spirit. If you don’t sleep enough , you won’t perform to the best of your ability! Try to hop into bed early tonight, grab your book, and relax into dreamy land.
